A minimal woman's costume for Faires and Festivals typically includes a bodice, chemise, and skirt. Other things you may want to add include a hat, scarf, or flower garland; a belt and pouches; a fan; a basket; a cloak; and something to drink from, whether tankard, goblet, boda, or horn.
